Q: What is your shipping policy?

I ship with USPS First Class within 3 business days for non custom products. Custom products can take up to 3 weeks. Wedding invitations follow a 4-5 week shipping policy.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?

I will accept refunds and returns for non custom products within 30 calendar days. You must contact me to initiate return within 30 days. Items must be returned in same condition as sent. Refund will not be issued for products arriving back damaged.

Wedding invitations are non refundable.

Shipping charges are non refundable, you will receive a refund for the product price only.

Q: When should I order my invitations?

Currently, invitation suites are taking 4-5 weeks for non custom. If you need your invitations earlier you can add a rush fee of $100.

Q: How do I send you my guest addresses for envelopes?

I can send you a free template to use through Google Spreadsheets but if you have an excel spreadsheet of all your guests separated by Name, Address, City, State, Zip code, Country that will simplify the process.

Guest envelopes are not edited, which means how it is placed in the spreadsheet is how it gets printed.

Q: Can I change the wording on my invitations?

Absolutely! I love to tailor your invitations to match your style so wording can be completely custom.

Q: Can I change the colors of the invitation?

Colors can be so fun! For most of the suites you can certainly change the color palette to match your style and wedding vibes.
